tbazi Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the tbazi platform. By registering, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

Last updated: January 2026. These terms and conditions may be changed at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

1. General

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the tbazi platform and all services connected to it. By creating an account on tbazi or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and are bound to follow them.

tbazi ("we", "our", "platform") is an online gaming and betting platform that offers players in Bangladesh a range of entertainment games, cricket betting and casino experiences.

In these terms and conditions, "user" or "you" refers to any person who is registered on the tbazi platform and using its services. These terms must be read together with our privacy policy, responsible gaming guidelines and bonus terms.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the tbazi platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to participate on the tbazi platform:

  • You must be at least 21 years old.
  • You must be a legal individual who is capable of entering into a contract on your own behalf.
  • You must register your account with accurate information — providing false information may result in account cancellation.
  • If you are subject to any restriction on using tbazi under any applicable law, you may not use this platform.

For ages 21 and above. tbazi services are only available to those aged 21 or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. tbazi may request proof of age verification at any time and failure to provide it will result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. Multiple accounts by the same person ("duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. If we determine that a user is operating more than one account, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and any accumulated bonuses will be cancelled.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

At the time of registration you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes:

  • Full name (as per your national identity card)
  • Correct date of birth
  • Active mobile number
  • Correct email address

If any account details change, you must inform our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Transferring account access to a third party is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following rules apply when depositing funds on the tbazi platform:

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for all methods).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
  • Deposited funds must come from an account registered in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.
  • tbazi reserves the right to verify each deposit transaction.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following rules must be followed when withdrawing winnings:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
  • Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit (where possible).
  • Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
  • Specific wagering conditions must be met on winnings derived from bonuses.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

tbazi follows a strict policy against money laundering and illegal financing activities. We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious transactions and, where necessary, to notify the relevant authorities. Accounts may be temporarily suspended in the case of suspicious transactions.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tbazi offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members. A 100% bonus up to ৳15,000 is given on the first deposit. Accepting this bonus means the following conditions apply:

  • Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.
  • A minimum bet amount will be set while the bonus is active.
  • The bonus may be restricted to specific games or betting sections — see the bonus page for details.
  • If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions:

  • A bonus is applicable only once per account.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
  • tbazi reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
  • If a user is found to be abusing the bonus system, their account may be closed.
  • Cashback and benefits under the VIP programme are governed by separate terms.

5.3 VIP Programme

The tbazi VIP programme has four levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each level, and it is possible to advance to a higher level based on regular play. tbazi reserves the right to change the benefits and terms of VIP levels.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

tbazi is committed to ensuring fair play. All games offered on the platform are operated through technology that produces impartial and random results. Any attempt by a player or third party to artificially influence these results will be treated as a punishable offence.

6.2 Betting Limits

tbazi sets minimum and maximum bet limits across various games and betting sections. These limits may change at any time. Users may contact the support team to set their own personal playing limits.

6.3 Technical Issues

If the outcome of any game is uncertain due to a technical error or disconnection, tbazi will make a decision based on its own server logs. tbazi's decision on such matters will be considered final. tbazi is not responsible for any loss incurred by a player due to an internet disconnection.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbazi platform:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Abusing the bonus system or attempting to strategically circumvent bonus conditions.
  • Registering using a false identity or someone else's identity.
  • Using automated software, bots or any form of artificial intelligence to play games or place bets.
  • Any attempt to manipulate game results.
  • Colluding or coordinated betting with third parties.
  • Attempting unauthorised access to other users' accounts.
  • Exploiting any technical error on the platform — such cases must be reported to support immediately.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing purposes.
If evidence of any of the above prohibited activities is found, the account in question will be closed immediately and funds may be forfeited.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 tbazi's Rights

tbazi reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Evidence of providing false information or identity fraud.
  • Suspicious financial transactions or activity.
  • Failure to verify age.
  • Participation in prohibited activities.
  • At the user's own request (voluntary closure).

8.2 User Rights

You may request to close your account at any time. Any legitimately earned balance may be withdrawn subject to the applicable conditions before the account is closed. If you wish to voluntarily close your account for responsible gaming reasons, our support team will assist you.

9. Privacy and Security

Protecting your personal information is very important to us. tbazi uses SSL encryption technology to keep all your transactions and personal information secure. We never sell or transfer your personal information to third parties — however, information may be shared with the relevant authorities where required by legal obligation.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Filing a Complaint

  • A detailed description of the dispute and the date it occurred.

11.2 Decision Making

For all disputes, tbazi will communicate a decision within a reasonable time after investigation. tbazi's server logs and records will be considered as primary evidence in resolving disputes. If the user is not satisfied with the decision, both parties will attempt to reach a resolution through mutual discussion.

12. Changes to Terms

tbazi reserves the right to change, amend, or update these rules and terms at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform or attempt to send a message to the registered email address.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. Therefore, it is advised to visit this page regularly. The date of the latest change will always be noted at the top of this page.
